I must say, i am very disapointed in this album. I expected to have the same ferocity as "Proud Like A God" or "Don't Give Me Names" that made us, Portuguese people, love you so much. Please, don't take to long to go back to the real Guano Apes that changed the lives of thousands of Portuguese.

Not really a review, but a praise: Very good album, great and more mature songs, fantastic production in my opinion. I've been following you guys for years, since I lived in Germany and bought your first album. Great to see that you're still going strong. As a comment to all the "the old Guano Apes was much better and Nasic's not screaming her lungs out constantly anymore" whiners: Get over it. Life moves on, everybody matures... (Except AC/DC) - grown-ups desperately trying to stay overly young is just so... yesterday. Listen to the old records for the old sound, and listen to the new one for the new sound *-) dirt easy.

Das neue Album ist gut, jedoch würde ich mir jedoch in den nächsten Alben wieder 2 bis 3 Lieder mit dem Charakter von "Open your eyes", "Lords of the Boards", "I want it", etc. wünschen. Diese Lieder reißen mich unheimlich mit und machen daher immer noch (nach all den Jahren) noch richtig Spass zu hören. Viele der neuen Lieder plätschern ehern so vor sich hin.

The new album is far too commercial for the real 'Guano Apes' of 10 years ago. At that time Sandra's voice would be appreciated for its peculiarity and for being full of rage, it could be distinguished among aa thousand billion other voices. In this new album, it's not more than a clean, beautiful voice, like all the ones that commercial discography gives birth to. Surely it's an evolution, like in every band which happenes to have a stop for a few years. But this album is a new genre music, an hybrid voice and already-heard music. I'll be in Milan for Oct 24 because I love Guano Apes anyway, but at least you have to give us reason for this change. I hope you'll do some old songs there in Milan.

Das Album "Bel Air" ist der Absolute Mega Hammer, ok es ist mal was anderes als z.B. Lords of the Boards oder Can´t Stop me, Big in Japan, Open your eyes etc. ...... aber das neue Album ist trotzdem sehr schön^^ war gestern in Berlin inner Columbiahalle bei eurem Konzi, Genial !!!!

LOVE the new album. Every song is great. Yes a bit more commercial than earlier stuff, but they've evolved. Discovered them while in Prague 8 years ago - Wish they come to LA and play!

You have an amazig voice Sandra, but these songs are not give back, i mean you singing just a half, how you can.
The new album is not bad if somebody like commercial music, but it is truly not the GUANO APES!!!

If the new way is stay this style, change the band name. You can get new fans and not anger the old ones.
